Open Settings → License in the macOS app while your App Store subscription is active. Enter the email address you'd like to use for your direct license.
ProdCom calculates the time remaining on your App Store subscription and generates a discount code covering that amount. The code is displayed in the app and emailed to you.
Use the discount code at store.prodcom.io to purchase a direct subscription. The remaining term from your App Store plan is applied as a credit.
After purchase you'll receive a license key by email. Open Settings → License and enter the key to activate your direct license.
Open System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or manage in the App Store) and cancel the ProdCom App Store subscription. Your direct license is now active.

Why migrate?
Your configurations (channels, keywords, automations) don’t automatically transfer between the App Store and Direct builds. In the App Store app, export any configurations you want to keep.
Download the Direct build and move ProdCom into Applications.
Open the Direct app, re-enter your license key in Settings → License, then import your exported configuration files.
After you activate your direct license, cancel the App Store subscription in System Settings. If you forget, it will simply renew — but you won't need both, so cancelling avoids a duplicate charge.
ProdCom calculates the remaining time on your App Store subscription and rounds up to the nearest month. The discount code covers that full amount.
Absolutely. If you're a new customer you can purchase a direct license at store.prodcom.io. Migration is only for existing App Store subscribers who want to switch with credit.
No. You keep all existing features and gain access to multi-seat support, advanced subscription management, and direct customer support.
App Store subscriptions and direct licenses are separate systems. You can always purchase a new App Store subscription if you prefer, but the migration credit is a one-time offer.
Direct licenses allow activation on multiple devices based on your plan. The migration credit applies to your account, not individual devices.
