Follow these steps to activate your ProdCom license
Launch the ProdCom application. If you haven't downloaded it yet, visit the download page.
Go to Help → Manage License… in the menu bar.
Alternatively: Open Settings (⌘,) and click the License icon in the top toolbar.
In the license window, paste your license key into the text field (format: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX).
The field will show placeholder text with the key format.
Click the Activate button.
You should see a success message once your license is activated. ProdCom is now ready to use!
Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, email us at info@prodcom.io with your purchase details.
Double-check that you copied the entire license key from your email. License keys are case-sensitive and should not include any extra spaces.
Your license has reached its device limit. You'll need to deactivate the license on another device first. To deactivate, open ProdCom on that device, go to Help → Manage License…, and click Deactivate.
Make sure you're connected to the internet. License activation requires an active internet connection to verify your license with our servers.
The number of devices depends on your license plan. Most licenses allow 2-5 simultaneous activations. You can check your device limit in your purchase confirmation email or by logging into your account on our store.
Yes! Simply deactivate the license on your old computer (Help → Manage License… → Deactivate), then activate it on your new computer using the same license key.
